What to send us
Tell us if a fact looks wrong. Store coverage, quantity limits, the pickup window, app version details: if you have seen different information on the official app or at a DSIIDC store, say so and tell us where you saw it. Screenshots of the official listing help a lot. Reports like that are how small guide sites stay accurate.
You can also suggest a question we should answer. If you got stuck mid-booking, could not find your store, or your QR code behaved oddly, describe what happened step by step. Real problems from real users shape the guides we write next.
What we cannot do
We are an unofficial guide. We cannot help with a specific order. We cannot cancel your booking, move it to another store, extend your 48-hour window, or refund a payment. For anything about your own order, use the app itself or speak to staff at the DSIIDC store you booked from. They can see your QR code and your payment. We cannot.
We also cannot help with licences, permits, or complaints about a store. Those belong to DSIIDC and the Delhi excise authorities through their own official channels.
A note on replies
This is a small site run lean. We read community reports in batches, so a reply can take a few days. Order problems cannot wait for us anyway, so please go straight to the store or the app for anything time-sensitive. Your 48-hour pickup clock keeps running either way.
One more thing that helps: when you report an issue, mention the page name and the date you saw it. Facts about a fast-moving app can date quickly, and a date on your report tells us which version of events you are looking at.
